Minimum Hire Period

The minimum hire period is 5 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hire Pricing

All hire prices exclude delivery and collection charges.

Delivery will be quoted separately depending on location, access requirements and transport costs.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection costs are not included in the hire price.

Delivery charges will be calculated based on:

• Distance to site
• Access for delivery vehicles
• Waiting time or restricted access
• Specialist lifting or positioning requirements if required

A delivery quotation will be provided when the booking is confirmed.

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of £500 is required before delivery of the bar unit.

Deposit Terms

• The deposit must be paid prior to delivery.
• The deposit will be returned within 7 days of collection, subject to inspection.
• Any damage, loss or theft of equipment during the hire period will be chargeable to the hirer.
• Costs for repair or replacement may be deducted from the deposit.
• If damage exceeds the deposit value, the hirer will be responsible for the remaining balance.
